Iran is the target. Troops are massed both in Iraq and in Afghanistan, ready to engulf Iran. The earth quake or Scalar attack in Bam (December 2003) was situated in the South East part of Iran, close to the border to Pakistan, giving the alien command a reason to bring ‘humanitarian help’ (spies) into the theatre of operation. The hunt for Bin Laden is the excuse to position more troops on the Eastern border of Iran. The rationale to attack Iran is the accusation of ‘nuclear proliferation’, one we are now familiar with. WHY THE CASPIAN SEA?

South Korea and Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on jointly developing oil fields in the Caspian Sea, home of the world’s largest oil reserves, according to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
